Double check and confirm your sizing and order carefully! Sammy Terry doesn’t stock most items. Most Sammy Terry store products are automatically processed and printed on demand by an outside order processing facility. Therefore, we CANNOT accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for print on-demand orders once an order has been approved online and placed in our system. Being all electronic and automatic, No one will review or verify the accuracy or visual correctness of your order prior to it being printed or fulfilled. Your order will print exactly as the information was entered and approved by you. We are not responsible for any incomplete or inaccurate information or for any typos associated with your order. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to confirm the accuracy of all data, graphics and content contained in your order prior to approving and submitting your order.
No returns, refunds or exchanges on Personalized or Autographed items.

Order never arrived?: If your order didn’t end up arriving, be sure to let us know!
First check your shipping confirmation and check that you had entered the correct address. If
the address was incorrect, though we’d be happy to send you another order to the correct
address, it will have to be at your cost.
